EZphyzique ("we", "us") provides online fitness coaching and personal training services, operated by Eyad Zinary. This site is ezphyzique.com. You can reach us anytime at info@ezphyzique.com.
When you submit our coaching application, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, profession, fitness goals, and answers to the application questions. We also collect standard technical data such as how you found us (for example, which advertisement or link brought you to the site).
We use your information to review your application, contact you about coaching, schedule your strategy call, and improve our services and marketing. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar technologies to measure how visitors use the site and to show relevant advertising on Meta platforms. These tools may use cookies and collect device identifiers. You can control ad personalization in your Meta ad preferences and limit cookies through your browser settings.
Applications are processed by Netlify (our website host) and call bookings are handled by Calendly. Both process your data under their own privacy policies as service providers to us.
We keep application information for as long as needed to evaluate and provide coaching services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@ezphyzique.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, email info@ezphyzique.com and we will respond promptly.
